Misafirin odayı beğenmemesi, durumunu upgrade etmesi (bir üst kaliteli odaya geçmek istemesi) gibi durumlarda oda değişimi yapılır. Kat Hizmetleri ve Resepsiyon menülerindeki Oda Değişimi Listesi (Görsel 3.24), bunların belirli bir zaman aralığına göre listelenmesini sağlar. Bu değişiklik, konaklanan bir oda ise Konaklayan Oda Değişimi sekmesinde, blokaj değişikliği yapılmış ise Rezervasyon Blokaj Değişikliği sekmesinde görülür. Bu ekrana göre kat hizmetleri, odaların durumlarındaki değişimleri takip eder.
